With no deferred management fees, sinking funds or capital replacement fees, Halcyon has created one simple fee to cover all aspects required for the quality management and maintenance of your exclusive lifestyle community. A modest weekly site fee covers everything from Council land rates, water rates, streetscape mowing, operation of the community bus and fuel, upkeep of roads, maintenance of community areas, community electricity, community garden areas, maintenance and upkeep of the Leisure Club, security cameras, and all other community facilities. In addition, this fee covers management and administration of the community and your lease/license to occupy your site in perpetuity.
