For a couple who just love their new lifestyle at Halcyon Waters it seems fitting that they moved into the award winning lifestyle community on Valentine’s Day this year. Three months into the ‘lifestyle affair,’ and the honeymoon is anything but over with Ross and Maree Patterson declaring that this was “the best thing they have ever done.”

“When we told our children that we were moving to Halcyon Waters they told us we were too young to move here. Now they joke about moving here themselves and tell us we’ve never looked so happy.”

In the words of new home owners Kerry and Shannon Bell, “Life is pretty good at the moment.”

After looking at other Halcyon home styles and initially choosing an Awards Collection Special one-off design home, which then sold, they came across the stunning Special design home on site 142.

Like many others from the Southern States, opting for a change of lifestyle, Graeme and Sue Rutherford originally arrived on Gold Coast shores eleven years ago. After spending three years in a large home, the now staunch locals wanted to travel more and were concerned about the security of their home and possessions.

The decision to downsize has meant a complete change of lifestyle for Norm & Lyn Hockey. Now living at Halcyon Waters, the Hockeys were originally introduced to the award winning lifestyle community when it was only a block of land.

When Halcyon Waters home owners Trevor and Pat Thomas invited family over for a holiday from South Australia, they had no idea their guests would love the North Shore lifestyle community so much that they would want to move in themselves!
